HOME OWNERS: When you hire me to sell your property, you’re hiring a “straight” shooter. I don’t sugar coat things just to get a listing. I would rather tell you the truth and risk not get the listing, than tell you what I think you want to hear and both of us regret it later.

HOME BUYER’S: When you hire me to represent you as your Buyer’s Agent, I’m not out to just sell you a house, but to help you find the “right” house. If it’s not, we’ll keep looking until you are satisfied with your choice. However, if I think a house is what you’ve been looking for in a home, I’ll also tell you that. Helping you get through all the inspections, the loan process and avoiding possible pitfalls is my number one priority. This is especially important if you are a First Time Homebuyer.
