HOME OWNERS: When you hire me to sell your property, you’re hiring a “straight” shooter.  I don’t tell you what I think you want to hear just to get a listing.  Good or bad, I tell it like it is.

HOME BUYER’S: I’m not out to just sell you a house, but to help you find the “right” house and we’ll keep looking until you are satisfied with your choice. However, if I think a house is what you’ve been looking for in a home, I’ll also tell you that. Helping you get through all the inspections, the loan process and avoiding possible pitfalls is my number one priority. This is especially important if you are a First Time Homebuyer.
